We brought our vehicle in on a Friday for maintenance and detailing. We were told the vehicle would be ready on Saturday but on Saturday we were told vehicles can’t be detailed on the weekend. In reality the new dealership next door was having their grand opening so detailed were not available. On Monday we were told the detailer needed more time with our vehicle and we should have told the service manager the vehicle was in such bad shape because he would have charged us more money. The vehicle was finally detailed on Tuesday at 0830.

The sale process was fine, but I was disappointed with the service department. The day after I purchased the vehicle, I found a football-size mouse nest (happy to share photos if desired) under the engine cover that I would expect them to have found and removed when checking over the vehicle. The mice destroyed the insulation under the cover. I am also facing a high cost repair in the near future due to problems with the torque converter. The vehicle surges severely during acceleration at all speeds. Mike was a good sales person throughout the process, but did not respond to my message about the mouse nest and surging. I think he could have at least relayed that information to the service department. I realize you are a Toyota dealer, but is there a valid manufacturers drivetrain warranty available?
