The service was great, my only issue is months went by between the time I ordered the tires and actually had them installed because no one called me to say they were here and to make an appointment. I finally called to see what was taking so long. They had been here all along. I appreciate the good service I received once I finally got an appointment!

I am sincerely impressed with Mr. James and the service team, I actually felt my business is wanted! The only downside side is the construction.
When we bought the vehicle in May, we were told we’d get 2 free oil changes. When we brought the vehicle in yesterday to have it done, we were told that the 2nd oil change was expired by 2 days. That they didn’t think the warranty people would approve it being done without us having to pay for it. Both times we have brought it in for the service, something has gone wrong. Not impressed
Love the staff kind and very helpful!!! Facility was very clean!!! Also they took every measure to keep my vehicle clean inside and I appreciate everything they did :)
