They lied about my tires there is nothing wrong with my tires or the alignment I can put another 20000 miles on those tires and I haven't been driving it so why would it need an alignment

We purchased our Chevy Equinox from Firelands Toyota when i went in to pick up a copy of the estimate for repairs they had zero record of it. Found that funny since i can tell you exact names of who our salesman was and who did the finance papers. Also we were financed through Toyota Financial. Was surprised the estimate was close to $4,500 basically 1/2 of what a used car would be!! I understand the issue is an expensive fix BUT the car was purchased through you and this is a known issue with the make and year of the car…..no help was offered! We had another facility tow our car AFTER I paid close to $165.00 for an estimate AGAIN outrageous!
