My fan is now making a noise when its on medium to high. It was not prior to service

John was very helpful through a complicated repair and when the completion time was extended, he was able to provide us with a car. I don’t know how it could have been completed without. There was a large repair bill pending and I couldn’t have missed work on top of that. Much appreciated.

The oil change was fine, it took much longer than normal. I am very upset about the extended service plan that I purchased in the past which I was not told had a mileage limit when I purchased it, or I would have never considered it, because of the miles I drive for work. Overall I prefer to have my service done at a dealership, but I will be finding somewhere else to have oil changes and tire rotation done.

The people are very nice but, there were a few things that could have cost me money had I not caught them. They were all rectified but, I don’t think they should have ever happened.

I have a full Tire warranty, but when I've had a tire issue the only dilemma is is that you don't have one in stock, I always have to drive back to have the tire put on which cost me two trips. However I appreciate everything and I know you guys do your best thank you David H
Always great service. The main sitting area is very clean and comfortable. The new renovation to the service area looks much better with the welcome desks in a separate area from where the cars pull in. Thankyou team
