John has always been very professional and courteous every time I have dealt with him. When we bought our CRV we came to your dealership first but there was no selection of Highlanders in stock so we went with the Honda. We did not feel comfortable with the Honda service department after a few visits so we bring the CRV to Firelands where my Truck was purchased. I appreciate the fact that I feel I’ve been treated fairly every time I’ve dealt with John. Thank you John!!

Great service , but always seem to suggest other things to replace or fix ,,, had my cabin filter changed the previous service & wanted to do again ???? Fuel system flush …. Starting to get a little pricey for service ,,,, my ford does my car for about $65 ,,, they go over it with me not wanting to do all the add ons ,,,, also ford does credit for work or anything you have done there ,,, my oil service was free this time ,,, always done service where we bought our vehicle,,, so we do have to compare ,,,,
My main concern for visit was due to a rubbing noise which occurred while applying the brakes, and the smell of hot rubber after driving. We could not smell the odor of hot rubber while in the vehicle. But once we got out of the vehicle it was very noticeable. We will visit a local auto mechanic to investigate the this issue.

The oil change and tire rotation was done but there were a couple of issues with the car that we didn’t get answers to. When my daughter goes on spring break we will be making an appointment to get those things checked out. Still waiting to hear back if the gas door assembly is covered under her warranty.
I had an issue with my car and they worked me in the same day. The issue was fixed that day. Great place to have your vehicle serviced. Completely satisfied!
