A Toyota Dealership/ service center did not have brake pads in stock for a 2012 4 Runner? I recall that when I came in to schedule a few days earlier another employee reminded the service tech to take a note to the parts department so the parts would be in stock when needed. Delayed delivery of vehicle waiting on brake pads to be delivered by a driver from another location.

Service staff from the administration of the paperwork to the hands on technical support is tops. Jamie is the best! Thank you and we’ll keep coming back. Jim is looking forward to replacing his pickup truck sometime with a Toyota.
