Dave is informative! He spoke to me in terms I understood and wasn’t belittling in any way. I had questions and he answered in a caring manner. He ants to keep the car so it cools off and he can drive it again to make sure that is fixed right as not to jeopardize my safety. He looks out for the customer. When I was checking in he told someone. The customer is first. That’s just way it is. I could t help but chuckle. Dave is doing a great job.

David was FANTASTIC, however, someone mentioning that there is a 2.5% surcharge to use a credit card before I came to pick up my vehicle would have been appreciated. I don't live close, and refuse to pay Toyota's service fees on card transactions, especially on a transaction costing over $3000.
Shortly after I left my low tire pressure light turned on and won't go out even though I have checked all the tires pressures that are ok.
Good service . I had hoped they would wash my car following the service but otherwise, happy with the service.

They did the job really fast and ran it through the wash but the car wash made car spot white from the quarry’s dust and I just washed my car the day before. But I really appreciate the fact that they did it.

I have high expectations and you guys take care with the extra details. Dave was very friendly and polite. I Brought my car in to have the tires rotated. The tire pressure was at 30 and 31 when I picked up over my lunch. according to the tire ratings on my door they should’ve been at 35/36.
Also, no car wash
Everyone I came in touch with had a smile and a sense of willing to make my experience the best possible. They all succeeded!
