I was told that my vehicle would be looked at on Thursday at 10a. It wasn’t touched until Friday afternoon. I was then told that the parts would definitely be there Monday morning and that my vehicle would most likely be ready on Monday afternoon. It wasn’t. I understand that things change but the communication was very poor. I couldn’t get anyone to return my call or let me know what to expect. I authorized $1595 for the repairs, and was asked to pay $2300 when I arrived. I’m thankful that my vehicle is repaired but the communication, reliability, and last minute shot at getting an extra $600 out of me was enough for me to take my business elsewhere next time.
