I had an appointment for an oil change, still took 3 hours. I asked for a quote for 4 new tires, never received it.
Was I completely satisfied? Yes but. am I not sure on some things.
Heidi was very helpful and upfront with everything I needed. she helped me in every way she could to save some money. My uncertainty is how do I know for sure everything was done that I paid for. For example, the last time I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation they said they could not rotate the tires because the Lugnuts were swollen and I needed new Lugnuts. I declined on purchasing new Lugnuts so was not able to get my tires rotated at that time. This time along with all the other work I have done I asked for the works oil change and tire rotation, and I did not mention the problem I had the time before. According to my paperwork, it looks like they did the tire rotation with no mention of the Lugnuts being swollen. I asked myself why are they swollen or not? Or was that just a way of selling a new set of Lugnuts. I guess I’ll never know and I just keep bringing my car here because I want the right parts put on my car, or someone else might not do.
April did a fantastic job!!! The actual service to my car was less than satisfactory. They forgot to put my tires on. They forgot to put the air stem caps on both right side tires. They left black handprints all over my doors.

I was not happy and will not recommend anyone or myself again to have you fix any vehicle u over charged me for a simple fix and u was not accurate on the information I was told

My wife had asked about checking the windshield wiper pump not spraying. When we picked up the truck it had not been looked at.

They did a great job, I had an appointment and it took 2 hours and 15 minutes which is very disappointing. I already had a coupon and they took an additional $10 off, but I think they could have have been a little faster, my time is very valuable to me.
