The only thing that would have been better is if you would have honored the warranty claim to provide a temporary vehicle while the work was being completed. It could have been a used vehicle if you didn’t have any rental vehicles available. The paperwork on the warranty said that it was part of the warranty repair. It should have been accommodated one way or the other.
I was so amazed by the extraordinary ability of your service advisor guy by being able to check wheel alignment with a simple 20 feet forwards and backwards drive. This is such an amazing ability I think even Spider-Man is jealous.

Heidi Winter has turned the service department from a Beaman NIGHTMARE into a Reiselman success. I bought from Beaman but was shocked at how ungrateful, dishonest, unorganized, and unprofessional the service department was. I was treated like garbage by the previous desk team at the service department. So much so that even though I live 3 minutes from the dealership; I drove to Nashville for oil changes and tire rotations. My experience was so bad with Beaman that I canceled a new Ford Lightening order. After a warranty issue that had to be dealt with at the former Beaman dealership; I was totally surprised to see a Reiselman sign and to be greeted pleasantly. I was prepared for another horrible Beaman experience. Heidi Winter has single handedly made my Ford experience at the service department tolerable, and I dare say pleasant again. Thank you Heidi. Thank you Reiselman for doing a better job that Beaman Ford ever did. Keep up the good work.

Truck is still not fixed. No one will call me back to resolve. Picked truck up with check engine light on and low power. This was supposedly fixed back in ‘22 and still having issues.
Busted 2 tires trying to get truck on rack had to wait 6 hrs then still charged for oil change sorry business

Dealing with Beaman Ford service department was an absolute nightmare. Unorganized, ungrateful, unprofessional people. So much so, that even though I live literally 3 minutes from Beaman, I drove one hour to Nashville for service. I was contacted by Heidi Winter and she asked if I'd give her a chance to repair my relationship with Ford since Reiselman took over. I agreed. Heidi has be courteous. She has kept her word. She has been gracious and organized and professional. She's called to keep me informed of the progress on my vehicle. In my opinion, she threw the Ford dealership in Dickson a life preserver. I hope they recognize and appreciate her. I've bought 2 vehicles from that dealership and need another. If Reiselman continues with people like Heidi; I may give that dealership another chance. It's only because of her that I say this. That's how important customer service is to me.
