Heidi did a great job explaining the issues and staying in touch with us.
She made sure I was happy with everything and very informative about what was going on with my vehicles. She has the best customer service skill set I have ever recieved in the service department at ford.

In my opinion you have a dysfunctional service department that lacks in customer service appreciation . I came in to drop off my vehicle and after waiting for an hour and a half I canceled my appointment and took my vehicle home. Safe to say I will not be back .

Surprised that I paid full price for the works pkg and they did not rotate my tires. I should not have been charged for that pkg if it could not have been completed as described. This will be addressed in the complete survey.
