I told Joshua that my car has had the same light come on in three months and that I wanted it checked out. He told me that he could not get my car in for that until November 8 and that I should just keep driving it until it blew up and that they would then fix it because it is under warranty. He also left and went to lunch while I was there waiting on my oil change. I waited for over 2 hours and when he came back from lunch he told me that my car had been finished for a while but he had went to lunch.

Josh was so very nice and professional. However, I did call up there to see when my car would be ready and a very rude lady named Cathy I believe answered. She was not very kind at all to speak with. I'm definitely glad Josh took care of me and that it wasn't her.
