Unfortunately when I was told damage to my vehicle caused when last in for service would be prepared, it was not followed up on.
He is great at his job. On top of everything keep you update with everything.
The individual I worked with acted as if I was a bother because because I showed up at 4 to pick up my truck. I waited 45 mins to pick up my keys because he was preoccupied with what he was going to do after work and seemed to be more preoccupied by some short skirt than giving me any attention. This service department appears to have gone downhill after the Riselmans purchased it.
Absolutely terrible experience. Josh was horrible never to get the issue fixed. Don’t even think they were looking at the right thing because if they actually drove the truck like they said they did it would have come up right away and they would’ve seen the oil pressure gauge go to zero and heard the truck running very poorly. We will not be back.
