Heidi was amazing. I called multiple Ford dealerships in Tn and Ky and was told over and over that they were all booked up and couldn’t possibly fix my truck before mid-November. I called Reiselman and talked to Heidi and she got the job done! She was great to work with and the service guys as well. Even though the dealership is an hour away from me, I will be calling Heidi and making the drive when I need my truck taken care of. Thanks!
