Your staff was very friendly. You got me in the door to look at my car without an appointment and helped me get on my way quickly. My wife and I are moving down there and you will get a repeat customer out of me.
After waiting 5 months for a part that was ordered from a service visit to be in stock, I brought the truck in for repair. The warranty provider wanted my service records over a wheel bearing bad. I told you to just park it out front and I would do it myself. Should have been approved already when parts ordered. It took me 6 visits to get nothing. Then I was asked to pay a diagnostic fee of $135 for a failure that was already diagnosed 5 months earlier.
April was the best. Very helpful and courteous. Job well done.

Wait time was an hour longer than I was told. 3% up charge was a surprise. Especially for a dealership that’s already charging $5k over msrp on their vehicles.
Heidi is a great asset to your dealership. I cannot recall another service rep that equals her level of customer satisfaction. She convinces the customer that she works for them. Always a good trait for a customer rep or a salesperson.
