Me Cross showed compassion beyond any level of service I have ever decided 3 pm on a Friday afternoon is certainly not the best time for a break down After hearing my circumstances Mr Cross tackled my problem and went step by step through the process with me keeping me informed with found problems and cost to repair. I left spending 952 dollars and was a totally satisfied customer Congratulations on having an employee like Mr Cross

Heidi was great she tried to help with the set of tires but management shot it down not blaming her this is the second set of Michelin tires gone bad with only 30000 miles and only offer $10 discount on new tires no thanks I’ll be going to Clarksville Ford co for now on Heidi did great with the customer service some things are just out of her control
