Heidi was great with what she does but I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the charges that I was billed for. I told her that this would be the last time that I would be bringing one of our vehicles in for any kind of service and definitely the last time we would be buying any more vehicles! Quick and courteous service
Everything went great the car was back to me in time that I needed it since I was 10 hrs from home everyone I talked to at the dealership were the kindest people I've ever met thank you so much you all are great ????
Overall the service was good. It took two days to get my truck in the system and get a dead battery issue sorted out and they didn’t offer me a loaner or any option to be able to still have a vehicle. Definitely discouraging having a dead battery after getting it brand new off the lot and owner it for barely three weeks but hopefully the issue won’t happen again.
