Everyone was super nice and helpful. Mrs.christy took very good care of me setting up my appointment date and being super helpful and trust worthy over the phone and Mrs. Heidi was super nice and helpful calling and explaining what was going on will definitely be back high recommend.
Johnathon was courteous and professional. He contact me prior to our scheduled maintenance and informed me on what time he would be arriving. He was punctual and he completed the job in a timely manner. He explained all of the services that he provided and answered all my questions. I will highly recommend using this type of service to my family and friends.

There has been no action on the service request for my vehicle in almost 2 months, and now I have received notice that it is finished! Nothing has been done!!

My car was there all day for an oil change and a couple of minor issues that are covered under warranty and had already been in for them prior to this appointment. When I dropped my car off the night before I let them know I would need to have my car back that day. We went to pick the car up at 5:15pm the following day and nothing had been done…no oil change…nothing. I had waited about 2 weeks for the appointment, so, my car was overdue for the oil change.
Your service dept is very efficient. I waited for my vehicle while being serviced. I was in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely be back for my service needs.

I was completely satisfied with the outcome, but it required me to complain to Jonathon the service manager and Jonathon the service writer about the incompetence and dishonesty of the mechanic. That was the disappointment.

The service was great. The only frustration I had was that I scheduled an appointment, but the. When I dropped my vehicle off for that appointment, I was told that it would be several days before the technician could look at the vehicle. My assumption was that I was making an appointment so that the technician would be ready to assess the vehicle at the appointment.
