Explained every step of the process with the repairs/recommendations. Ensure no pressure was posed for upgrades, and provided detailed recommendations. Well thought out service set up and customer service. Much much much improved over the last ownership/management group. Very impressed and will be very likely to recommend and seek out further service within the service group at the dealership.
Communication was terrible. Do not feel information that I did get was adequate. Appointment was not honored. Was worst service of any kind that I have ever received

When appointment was made, I was told (without my asking about it) that tires would be rotated. Tires were not rotated due to slight slope in driveway that made it unsafe, but that was not mentioned to me after completion of work, until I specifically asked whether rotation had been done. I was told that can only be done if driveway is perfectly level, and that most are not. I asked if price would be less due to this, and was told that rotation is basically just done because they are already doing the other maintenance, just as refilling wiper fluid is done automatically during routine maintenance.When I made appointment, I requested new windshield wipers also. Work was “completed” and I asked whether wipers had been replaced. They had not been, and he was not sure whether he had any with him. He did have a pair and put them on the vehicle. I sprayed some wiper fluid for a quick windshield clean before getting on interstate yesterday, and the driver side wiper worked so poorly that I had to stop and dry windshield with paper towel in order to see. Later, I checked it and it appears a white protective strip was not removed from that wiper. I had signed the paper for the work, but the more questions I asked, the less confident I was. I asked if he could write paid on my paperwork, or give me a receipt. He said he could have a receipt e-mailed to me. As of yesterday, I did not see it in my e-mail. I have not yet checked this morning, but I think a receipt, whether paper or electronic, should be provided at time of payment, and I would likely want confirmation right away the next time I pay for work. More training needed? Tweaks to eliminate these issues in new service at home policy, etc.? The maintenance guy was polite and friendly. Although this was very convenient, I would rather come to your location, if that is what is necessary for a thorough and adequate routine maintenance.

My issue was not fixed. I was told it was working perfectly and was going to be charged $70 an hour for a total of $140 for 2 hrs labor. I turned my truck on, let my phone sync, hit the volume up button, and it immediately changed to AM radio. The problem was not fixed. I was not charged labor but I will have to make another appointment to bring my truck back to replace a module that they “think” is the problem. I feel like they are just throwing parts at it hoping it works. Your service rep Heidi is the worst. When I carried my truck up there initially to set the appointment she said she would need to check the schedule and then call me with an appointment. Almost a week later I still had not heard from her, so I messaged Jonathon. He said he would get with me the next day, and I heard nothing. So I called and spoke with Alexis, who scheduled an appointment right then. You really need more people just like her. When I came in Saturday morning, August 10th, Heidi walked up to my truck and asked if I was there for an oil change. Does she not look at her appointments that are scheduled? I did go ahead and have the oil changed since it was there. So in the 4hrs they had my vehicle, all that was accomplished was a $98 oil change. So, no, I was not satisfied, to say the least.
Everything went just as it should.

Jonathan was everything customer service should be, but seldom is. He is one of the reasons I stay with Rieselman and recommend them to my friends.

Your service and attention to detail are very good… I hate to say however, yesterday evening I was involved in a vehicle accident and my truck is no longer in service to me… At present it is in the holding yard waiting insurance decisions… While driving to town an unlicensed sixteen year old girl driving the family car. The young lady failed to stop and didn’t yield the right of way… and I broad sided her… She is complained of a leg injury and I am soar from whiplash… Well, now the insurance fun comes…. Again…. Thanks and I will keep you posted….
