I’m very disappointed that you are not standing behind the repairs made to my truck. I’m disappointed with Ford for not resolving my issues when these problems were first reported before the warranty expired. I will be seeking legal action against Ford for this issue as well as post negative reviews on social media.
Great job and Johnathan took the extra step to get me in so the problem was fix. I had a trip scheduled the next day so I appreciate his hard work!
I was given an appointment and brought my truck in. Then it sat for 7 days without any one looking at it to see what was wrong. That is poor management. Imagine getting a Dr. appointment and waiting in the waiting room for a week before any one sees you. Heidi was very nice and did what she could. The problem rest in top management.

Easy and painless process
Everything went really well and he was great to work with.
Thought there two recalls. Only one was fixed. I was then told that #2 was just a forwarded about the recall that was expecting done but the parts were not received yet
After waiting weeks for my appt, no one informed me I would 1. Have to leave my car. 2. That shuttle service would not be available until 8:00 am.
Techs have been unable to diagnose the problem with my car after multiple attempts. The service mgr agrees there is a problem, they just don’t know what it is.
The key pad was bad. Parts were ordered and I waa told they would be there on Tues. morning and the work would be completed that day. I made arrangements for a ride on Wed. Got there and the parts had not even come in yet. My service advisor was aware of when I was coming but failed to notify me the car would not be ready.
The whole experience was like a very bad dream.
I have been around the world and have been to many service departments…this was, by far, the best service I have ever received. I highly recommend keeping JJ around! Thanks again!
She is attentive, listens to you, and makes the experience a very positive one. She helps me fully understand options. She’s great!
