April and Eddie were great people to deal with. I felt like the only customer they had. They could not do enough for me. Also the girls in the office Christy and the other worried about me while I was on the side of the road. Thanks again for making Barb and myself feel party of the family.

Already took the survey, but now we have discovered that the communication board on the steering wheel does not work either. This is absolutely the worst work that we have ever had done. No problems before and now nothing but problems.

Someone made a mistake. My appointment never made it to the service department. I understand mistakes happen and I was prepared to leave without the service I had scheduled. However, the service team checked to make sure they had the materials for the service, squeezed my vehicle into the que and had it completed in less than 2 hours. They really stepped up and took care of my needs in a professional manor. Utterly fantastic job.

April, and both technicians who came to valet my car were very kind and respectful. However, while my car was in the hands of ford, a small screw snapped during service, and instead was of the dealership making it right since it was broken under their care, I was billed for the broken part. Although this was not a huge deal, it is very frustrating. I am a mother of twins whos only form of transportation is that vehicle, I planned to spend that money on my kids first easter. April through out a small discount which only really came out to $15 off the bill. I appreciate the gesture but just don’t think that’s fair.

I had a great experience from Reiselman Ford. April Hunter was great! She was professional but treated my like family. I could not have asked for a better service experience. I will return for future repairs or needs for my vehicle.

Installer was kind and courteous. But didn't put my blinker lever back in the correct position and I can't really use my turn signal correctly. Needs to be repositioned.
