Keep bringing my truck back for sensor replacement, can't seem to figure out which sensor.

April Hunter is what Reiselman Ford and every business needs to get great reviews. She met me with a beautiful smile and was very courteous. She asked what she could help me with and answered every question I had about my truck and told me what they could do for me. I was in for an oil change and service and had a tail light that needed replacing but I asked about new tires for the next time I came in and she showed me different ones and gave me prices for them. She’s an excellent representative and I hope to get her again the next time I come in. I give her 11 stars out of 10.
They even did a free alignment on the front end when my recall was a tow link in the back, I appreciate the going above and beyond!

April was great to deal with on our Expedition repair. She communicated frequently with updates and status. She stayed late to make sure our coding was correct. Friendly and professional. 5 stars.
Great service without the pressure of additional needs
They don’t need to contact me. We talked with the service manager. Jonathon did a good job; he may be as uninformed as we were, so, no blame there.
Basically, when I make a specific day appointment (as opposed to just dropping the vehicle off) I expect the work to be completed in an expedited manner. It wasn’t. It took your service department 7 days before I could pick it up. The parts for the repair came to you 4 days earlier. In the meantime I’m paying for a rental vehicle.

Mr. Taylor was very good. I had questions about my bill and he answered the questions in an honest, straight forward manner.
Heidi was very kind, empathetic, and professional. However, the service department repeatedly damaged my vehicle and ultimately did not give the vehicle back in the same condition it was in when I brought it in. I have never had such an awful experience.
