I realize you are using new software to provide better service. I suggest you review your use of the videos for documenting problems to show the customer, not waisting the technician time documenting nothing. I asked for an oil change and was handed a $1000 list of recommendations that were completed 20000 miles earlier or not due for the next 15000 miles. Isn't the vehicle history consulted or is this just high pressure profiting? I have had service at this location for 12 years and wish to continue the relationship. Waiting almost 2 hours for a 30 minute billed service is not the usual customer service I expect.

I’ve always liked having my car serviced at Toyota of Warsaw. However, this last experience was so sterile. Everything is computerized. One thing that stood out in the past is that you were so people friendly. Very personable. Now, I feel like I’m on a conveyor belt in a long line of customers and I’m just waiting my turn. Another change is they now charge a 3% fee if you use a credit or debit card. I really hope they can balance out the technology and people friendly atmosphere.

Maybe it's a toyota problem , but the solution suggested to take my car to Canada to be fixed is not acceptable.

Kim provide wonderful service. They were utilizing a new system to provide updates to customers and she was very helpful and informative. Overall, the experience was great. One small side note is that we were not informed that credit card transactions would have an extra 3% charge added before we arrived for our service. We had planned to pay by debit card so it didn’t impact us directly but making sure to inform customers before arrival would be beneficial.

I believe that a new gas cap should have been tried prior to the expensive diagnostic test being done. I suggested that to Mr. Munoz when I gave him the keys to my car. As a foot note I have experienced this problem with two other vehicles I have owned prior. One a 1999 jimmy and a 2004 Jeep wrangler. Some times common sense prevails and it would have saved this 85 year old senior $140
