You can’t charge CC surcharge and not communicate it to customers ahead of time. This feels like an integrity issue. I have 3 Toyota vehicles. Love the people and the work on my car.

Two hours to get my oil changed for 100.0. I can go elsewhere for faster and cheaper service. Why should I continue with Toyota.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for 10:30am. As I drove the 35 miles to Warsaw I realized my truck had no power. When I arrived at the dealership the Customer Service person greeted me with "what do you want." I told him I was schedule for a service but discovered there was a power issue with my vehicle. He cut me off as I was explaining told me," coming in here with problems we didn't schedule for is an inconvenience to him. It won't be fixed or looked at today, and problems like this are scheduled two weeks out." His tone was irritated and he was rude. I tried to smile to lighten the conversation and he looked at me like I farted in his dinner. He then told me, " it will be hours for this to even get looked at if at all and what do I want the service or what?" I said yes the service and whatever they could do to tell me what was going on. He had me sign the computer forms, took my keys and went back to his service desk. I called my wife to come pick me up. An hour later I got a call from a lady telling me the issue with my truck was two broken wires. I told her to have them please fix it with my service. A half hour later I received a message that my service was complete. I drove back over to get my keys and pay my bill. Sam man checked me out with the same attitude and rude tone. Got my keys, paid my bill, left my work car and went home. The service the technician was great, the price was fair, but your customer service man needs additional training, a personality transplant, or a new occupation. I have decided I will not be doing further business at this dealership. I've in the last 2 years purchased a new vehicle there and patronized your business, but no more. My wife a couple years ago was treated rudely and takes her Camary we bought there elsewhere but this was it for me.

My vehicle was not returned by the time I was off of work, because I had to call the service department to pay for the service before they would be delivering my vehicle. It would be helpful, if you could save payment information for future services.

Kim Gardner was good at her job. The problem was a 2 inch stripe of grease/oil along the side of our light colored leather drivers seat. I expected better from your dealership. At the very least you should use a paper protection.
