I am at Discount Tire now getting my Tires balanced because after you all rotated them from front to back and afterwards I had a shimmer in my steering wheel that I didn’t have before. I am suspecting you all didn’t check the balance. So I feel the 5,000 mile check up on my new 4Runner was not very beneficial.

The screen message on the dash board in front of the steering wheel changed and I had to ask about getting it back to what I wanted to show. But they just did the same thing I had done and said it would take a while for it to show. But I then had to keep trying pushing different buttons and finally got to the screen I wanted.

My vehicle performed well prior to dropping it off for service. Now it definitely need an alignment. I took it to South Bend this week and when it reaches a speed of 60-65 mph the steering wheel shimmies and shakes prior to service the vehicle have no issues with wheel alignment. The other noticeable difference is the engine performance. Prior to service it performance was good and performed like a Toyota and now its engine performance is sluggish and hesitates when you accelerate the vehicle. I’m very disappointed I took my vehicle to Toyota of Warsaw.

I was charged $221.20 for service, which I believe should be covered under Toyota care. And if I am wrong, I was misled on Toyota care.
