For the first time in many, many years I was unable to use my credit card to pay my bill without a 3% transaction fee added on. This was very disappointing. The service department did an outstanding job! Very little wait time.

I like the new video walk around. It allows me to see under my vehicle and also into the engine compartment. It's a good addition to your service. I will recommend you to anyone who asks for good service mechanics.

I’m disappointed with the 3% credit cars surcharge. After paying $80 for an oil change surely the dealership can absorb $2.

It went smoothly and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Your facility is clean and pleasant and would have enjoyed a good cup of coffee but none was available however that won’t keep me from coming back for another service when it is needed. ???? Thanks

JCessr was very courteous and friendly. I was there for an hour, looking at the invoice, labor time added up to 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation and changing air filters. Why does it take a half hour to change air filters per filter as well as half hour oil change and half hour for tire rotation? Physical tir from dropping off keys to driving away just under an hour.

Thank you for the awesome service!! I appreciate the pick up/drop off service. Truly a lifesaver for me as I didn't have family or friends whose schedule could work around my work hours to get my vehicle there and my work let me work from home. I really liked the phone calls and text messages letting me know the progress and recommendations needed.
