Well it’s a long story but… I stopped servicing my vehicle at ToW several years ago due to a failure to diagnose a very irritating problem within my steering system. Due to a warranty/recall issue I was forced back to ToW to avoid extremely costly repairs out of pocket. When I dropped the non-functional vehicle off I mentioned that the same hybrid system issue causing the failure to start, was also sapping the 12 volt battery. While ToW had my car for two months to fix the hybrid system recall issue I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. During this two-month period ToW called me once…to inquire WHY I HAD NOT BEEN IN FOR SERVICE INSEVERAL MONTHS! No calls were received to update me on the timing or progress of my repairs for TWO MONTHS. When I finally got the message to pick my car up, the oil change and rotation seemed to be the ONLY thing that was addressed as the car would still not start. Several days later after ToW finally fixed my vehicle, i am driving it home only to continue to experience the steering system issue again. If you had a service experience like this would you wonder why you had not been to ToW for service in a while?
