The service I received for my car was great.
The lounger area where I waited….not so much. The seats are not comfortable, the music is way too loud for the size of the space and I didn’t see the gift shop items if there were any.

After years of working with Scott, was disappointed to hear he was no longer at Lexus. Jesse however, was very engaging and kind and I was pleased to work with him. He did fine. Only disappointed that car wash was down. I will take a rain check on that which he did offer but I am not over that way very often.
Bryan Stover was very professional and friendly. He went over all the services that needed to be done to my car. The car service was completed on schedule as Bryan had promised. I am very happy and satisfied with the excellent car service provided by this Lexus dealer. As always, Bryan makes you feel like a valued customer.
