My car had multiple oil hand print stains in the exterior and on the interior. I notified the service agent and he he had someone wipe it up. When I got home I found additional oil spears on the other door handles. The mechanic who changed the oil obviously did not remove his gloves before entering the my car or touching the hood or handles of my car. I’m very disappointed in the outcome.
Brian is so attentive and helpful. I have been coming to him for the last 5 years and never had an issue.
