Jesse was very attentive & sensitive to the customer. He carried my bag of books to the car for me, as I temporarily am using a cane.
He also explained the bill in great detail. He was enthusiastic throughout.

I waited almost 4 hours when I was told it would be 2 1/2 max.
Also when I walked up to ask if my car was ready just to notice it was already parked out front, not sure how long it had been there.
Besides asking for an oil change I asked for them to check both cv axles on the ca because I had a concern, I don’t think it was done because it wasn’t mentioned in the video showing the inspection that was done on the car. I text the number that was sent to me and I have not heard back

Everyone I came in contact with was wonderful…friendly, helpful, went out of their way to help me…Jack Semrdzhyan, Service Advisor checked in quickly and had me on my way with a loaner car that I didn’t expect. All around great experience with all involved.
