When i scheduled the appointment for Lexus to to do a software update (that Lexus said need to be done) I was told a loaner car would be provided to my husband as this is a THREE hour job. My husband declined your $500+ maintenance charge and was told no loaner would be given to him. We live an hour away, so I couldn't just go pick him up. He had to wait around FOR THREE HOURS. I have never been so disappointed in Lexus. This is my Third Lexus from Valencia. I am not sure I will continue to do business with you.

Edward always goes above and beyond for his customers. When I picked up my car today after being serviced, he turned it on for me and ran the heater so I wouldn’t be cold when I entered my car. We had just talked about how cold the weather was and he went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. Also, my car was ready in a very reasonable amount of time
