I have an issue with my Lexus not starting on occasion. The mechanics were unable to find any problems. I am still experiencing this issue of the car not starting. The employees were great, so nice and accommodating. My dissatisfaction is with the car, not the employees

This was my first visit to your location. Jack took excellent care of me and had my car done before the time promised. He was very kind and reviewed my multi point inspection with him. After coming from the Toyota dealership with the same service advisor for many years, I was nervous starting over at Lexus. Jack made me feel at ease.
