Jack was very helpful and thorough on his explanation of what service requirements were necessary. He was pleasant to deal with, and very friendly and informative.
The service department was great Jack was a pleasure to work with also when I pulled in I was immediately approached and taken care of I waited in the waiting area for my car. I have never been so disappointed with the Lexus brand the waiting area was what I might expect at a Honda dealer there were couches with low backs and 2 very uncomfortable chairs. A big screen tv that was like a Lexus screen saver no news or sports. I used to get donuts and coffee I got cold popcorn very disappointed
