Was not satisfied at all. I brought my car in 3 times because of the same scratching sound coming from the front wheels. A issue that only started after getting my brakes, rotors and rotations done by you guys. The first visit, they completely ignored the issue, claimed they didn’t hear it, so it was never fixed. But I heard it the moment I drove off the lot. The second time, after driving with a tech, they heard it and claimed it was the brake dust cover causing the issue. They claimed they fixed it but I drove off and heard the noise. This last time I brought it in again for the same issue, they claimed to fix it but the moment I drove off, I heard the noise. Even Hector heard the noise. I’ve lost complete faith in this Lexus dealership. The service techs appear to be nice but the work is crap. My 10yr old car never had any issues, but the moment I brought it in for a service, I started having issue after issue.

Fast, convenient and informative.
This was my first service at Lexus. It seemed to take a long time for the service performed ( installing 2 new front tires).
When I inquired about how much longer the car would be, I was told by two different employees the car was being washed. When the car was brought up front I saw a few drops of water on it. The employee who got out of the car did not put down protective plastic on the seat or the floor mat. As I drove away I thought the window seemed the same as when I arrived. When I got home I realized the car had not been washed.
It was my first visit so I wasn't expecting the car wash. But upon reading follow up communication from Keyes Lexus I see that is supposed to be standard practice.
