Hector was friendly and I was satisfied with the way he acted professionally. My only issue was with the service workers who did not vacuum my car as requeated and I also found the driver-side floor mat in the trunk of my car, unvacuumed. Why did they put a dirty floormat in my trunk?

Jesse is always amazing. He really looks out for the customer and I feel lucky to have him as my service advisor. Every time I have taken the car in, he has always been professional, courteous, and makes sure all my needs for bringing my car is are met. Lexus of Valencia is lucky to have such a great staff member.

Yes, Hector was great as well as the service.
Today's service took about 2:45 which is much longer than when I first got the car. Even with the appointment, it took a long time. The lifetime oil change is a good deal, but with this much time waiting, I'm starting to not feel good about this purchase.
