Had a leak in my tire and have the protection plan. Drove out there last Saturday to get my front right tire fixed. Waited over 4 hours. Drive my car home and my same front right tire is flat. Then drive back out on Tuesday to get that front right tire fixed again. No other tires were low or had the warning sign on in the car or the app. Wait days with no update. Drive all the way back up which is an hour each way. When I get there and pick up my car and before I even leave the Lexus lot. I notice my warning sign on is on inside my car and it states my back right tire is at 24psi. Before I even Drive to the end of the street the tire is at 21 psi and had to turn around after 30 seconds and leave my car with the asst mananger and this was ffriday night. Don’t get an update on Saturday and it’s closed on Sunday. I then rest out and ask about my car to Jesse and he went home sick so then I call the dealership and it just puts me through to Jesse office but he wasn’t in because he was sick. He finally responded 30 minutes before I started driving out that it is not ready. And wait until Tuesday. Here I am at Tuesday at 1pm and have reached out twice to Jesse with no update. Called the dealership and asked to speak with the service manager and that they left a sticky note on his desk and no response. This has been one of the worst experiences with a dealership. You guys have had my car since last Tuesday so 7 days and have me driving back and forth a long way.
