My experience with Seneca was great 10/10 she has been trying to get my car back to me w/o any issues and unfortunately the rest of her team is not backing her up with making sure their customer is satisfied. I have been at Lexus so many times for issues with my new car it ridiculous, about 4 times for the rear dome light, now for them damaging my driver side door and now car need minor auto body work!! I just think everyone who work on the vehicles need to really pay attention to detail!! They left the car with wax swirls and the roof of my car full of black greasy marks from fixing the dome light. Seneca really tried her best to getting us back into our car but again it’s unfortunate that the others didn’t.

Scott is the best of the best. Keeps me informed of what is needed and prepares me…with 425,000 miles on my 2008 rx hybrid (and counting), my trust of him and his advice is everything. I come to this shop because Scott and Elton are there.
Scott Melville is the main reason I have continued to bring my Lexus LX470 to the Valencia Lexus dealership/service department since 2007. I trust Scott’s knowledge and fairness, and am also grateful for the mechanics who have kept my car running well for 16 years. The ability to utilize a loaner car makes process of bringing my car for repairs or services much easier.
