Waited 15 minutes past my appointment before anyone came to greet me. I had to wave to the service attendants there to get someone’s attention. My car needed 40k miles maintenance and was given a timeframe of 3 hours or less. The car wasn’t done until 5 hours later. I had to inquire about the status before I was given an update. The service advisor came to tell me at that point that I needed front brakes and they had time to do the job but it would be 2-3 hours of a wait. I wonder why I hadn’t been contacted earlier for this update. Why didn’t I get a call or text during the time I was waiting? I expected better communication from the Lexus service department. I spent over $1000.00 that day but drove away feeling disappointed.

Seneca was very nice and went above and beyond to make my visit pleasant. She even helped with replacing my oil drain plug which apparently doesn't come with a new oil filter on my car! Her and the service team also went above and beyond helping me with concerns on my vehicle and sorting things out!
