Today's service took about 2:45 which is much longer than when I first got the car. Even with the appointment, it took a long time. The lifetime oil change is a good deal, but with this much time waiting, I'm starting to not feel good about this purchase.

I was not too happy. I waited 4 1/2 hours to change the oil in my vehicle. I had an appointment at 1:30. I arrived at 1:15 and I left your place approximately 545.

When I was checking in, I was left to sit in the car for about 15 minutes. There was absolutely no one in the service area. When the car was ready, I got a call telling me it was ready, but when I called back to ask some questions about the service I spent two hours calling every service manager, and all I got were offsite people who said there's nothing they can do to connect me to an actual person. I haven't left several messages for the service manager who didn't call me back. I understand that my service advisor was not in that day, but you think that there is a team approach or someone else could've called me back. Then when I turned in the rental today, I was left sitting in my car for about five or 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged and asked me what I was doing there. Also, I don't know to what extent you guys clean the vehicles, but the vinyl above the dash between the windshield and the dash was filthy. Nobody even took a rag to it. Also, the rental car smelled like smoke and gave me a headache.
