I have a problem with the supplemental seat belt restriction light coming on in the dashboard I was unable to have it fixed, because it comes on occasionally. So it was not on when I bought it in.
The vehicle was finished in time that was promised. Seneca was very professional and courteous. The car wash was excellent.

Seneca was absolutely wonderful! I have worked with the other two coordinators Scott and I think Bryan? She is honestly the best one I’ve worked with and always proactive. I felt very well taken care of and will be returning to get service at Lexus of Valencia. Especially on a day with the computer systems down she was able to handle it with grace and keep customer satisfaction very high.
