I usually don’t like to do surveys, but I want to express my experience and I would like to recognize and commend David. This is the second time that I have experienced having David for service advisor. I am very pleased to say that he’s great and good at his job. He explained what needed to be done. He was honest and didn’t take advantage of the opportunity of making my bill five times more than it would be. With my previous experience with another service advisor before David, I was taken advantage of, he didn’t explained what was done or what needed too be done, billed me almost $300.00 that surprised me. Mind you, the Lexus I purchased was brand new and I know that it didn’t need to have a major repair. All I needed was an oil change. I have a lifetime free of charge for oil change and that guy acted as if I didn’t have or know about it. I’m sure it’s in the record, and he tried to pull a number on me. Sure enough he did that. I give David a 10+ on a scale of 1 to 10.

I had a scheduled appointment for 9 am. I arrived 15 minutes prior, at 8:45.
I needed to wait for my car and advise the service rep. Here’s where it gets frustrating, I received an alert from my car to the app saying my hood was opened at 11 am. Why, when I have an appointment, my car wasn’t looked at until 2 hours later? Staff was very nice and professional, with the exception of the service manager. Who seemed indifferent. When I told the service manager about the above, he just shrugged and said he’ll let my service rep know. It’s extremely frustrating to schedule appointments only to feel completely dismissed, like my time isn’t valuable.
