I dropped my 2023 vehicle off at 2p to have second key programmed. Around 3:30p I received a text stating that the multi-point inspection had been completed, which was a service I did not know I was receiving. That text did not communicate that the key and my car was ready for pickup. I did not receive a text, call, or email notifying me my car was ready. At 5:10p I called Senecca’s # to learn of status of my car and left a message. I called the service department # and learned it closed at 5p. At 5:30p I went to dealership to find out if my car was ready and learned it had been ready since 4:36p. Any kind of communication effort with me would have remedied the situation.

I drove my mothers vehicle and as a auto mechanic shop owner I wanted to see how the dealers are doing I left $20 dollars in the middle consul when I got inside to vehicle the $20 dollars were missing , talk to my service adviser about it I was and still update this kind of thing happen I can only imagine how many people get taken my money or personal items with out reporting it ! Super disappointed!! I!!
