Went to get service and had an unexpected experience with my health. I was stuck in the bathroom sick to my stomach and had to go to the hospital. Fortunately, Senecca allowed us to leave the car overnight and pick it up another day since we didn’t have a ride back. Thank you Senecca!
We bought the lifetime oil changes first the car. Sadly, your salesperson has the task of breaking the news to us that it was just another hustle! Between parts and astonishing labor costs I was hit for $200. Still can’t figure how the labor is more than the parts ? All in a free oil change and tire rotation. Your saleswoman was great on telling me what a great deal I was getting because I am her favorite customer. Just cut the bull, take the money, and tell me once again I’ve been screwed. It would go down easier that way!

Arrived at 9am waited till 2pm just for oil change got my truck back with hand prints on fender grill door handles just a complete joke at the dealership , I payed for the oil change two times a year and I do not want it not worth it bad enough I’m driving from Palmdale the serivice writer was rude and Darin let see he follows through with replacing what was stolen from my truck. Overall I will never come back and Darin through in my face we filled you tank up, they owed me that from when I purchased the truck because it was on empty , the nerve of that guy . Let’s not forget get what was left in my truck by who ever was in it . Unbelievable.

It took almost 4 hours for an oil change. The service advisor just handed me my keys at the end and said “have a nice day”.
Didn’t try to give me any report on what my car needed or what i should look out for when it comes to the service needs of my vehicle.
Lexus of Valencia has really taken a turn for the customer service worst since after my fourth car bought there.
I’m reconsidering ever buying another from there at all.
