EVERY TIME I bring my car it gets scratched, it’s ridiculous!!! Yesterday was no different, but this scratch is big and on the door. You NEVER take responsibility for your mistakes and try to place the blame on the car owner, I’m tired of it! Not only that but the wait times for oil changes and inspections TOTALLY RIDICULOUS! I drive from Lancaster, we have no Lexus dealership so I am FORCED to visit your dealership or else I would never have come back after the first scratch to my car, it speaks volumes about how much you don’t value your customers and how hard they work for the cars they have! I hand wash my car every week and I know every mark on my car, I take immaculate care of my car, you DON’T respect that!
After waiting almost seven months for my second electric key, the service was fast and reliable.

Despite submitting a coupon for oil change, I was charged $ 85.15 for the first oil change on a brand new car service. This is not right. You told me that oil change will be done after 10000 miles . The car is almost one year old. The oil change should have been done without the charge. This car is the 5th. Brand new car that I bought from Lexus of Valencia. I know not if I would come there again!
