I honestly don't know who Robert Mellville is. My entire experience with lexus valencia has been a nightmare but I can't say it's because of him because I don't know who that is
I purchased my first Lexus in 1990 and have had the cars serviced at several different dealers. Scott is the best Service Representative I have ever used, I would not consider anyone else! Any recommendation he has ever made I accept without question.

All of the services offered where not complete. I also, have a new gash on my dashboard. I tried calling twice to report but no call back. My commute to Lexus of Valencia is roughly 35 miles so not the most convenient to get to. Please assist.

Your maintenance costs are too high and were unrealistic for the quoted repair. I realized that I can't afford to own a Lexus now or in the future unless through a lease, which I won't do. I picked up my car to have the work done elsewhere, which I assume is your business model. I have been a Toyota owner my whole life and thought I could get a little more from Lexus with the same type of service support. What I have learned is that I can't recommend the brand to anyone and that I will discourage it to my children and others.
David has always been very helpful. He is a five star in all aspects of being a Service Manager.
I only take my car there for service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. :)
