Issues with two catalytic converters put in my car. After market type, not compatible with my vehicle. Been an issue since March. Was told by service manager they would contact company where converters were made and I would receive phone call for resolution. Never got one. Engine light came on 10 days after first converter placed with catalytic converter code. They put a second one in on July 31, and within 50miles the engine light came on with same code. I'm out over $700+. I've had my car serviced there for years. My son's car as well. Never again. You people put an incompatible part in my car and won't fix the problem. Shameful way to do business. I won't be returning as you people are dishonest. I'm not the type to leave reviews or take to social media and vent my displeasure with companies that have taken advantage or done disservice to me. Guess you lucked out. I will however tell folks I know not to service or purchase vehicles at your dealership though. Have the day you deserve!
