I recently had my Honda Pilot in for service and was very impressed with the experience. The team got my vehicle in quickly and provided excellent customer service throughout. I was told after the oil change that I should have the tires rotated before snow and they recommended changing cabin and air filters at that time. This all could have been completed at the oil change, if they had asked vs. me have to come back in 6 weeks.
