Scott was super helpful and friendly even when extremely busy. I had to visit the dealership 4 times and he was the only one who greeted me every single time. Others could use a lesson in customer service.

Appreciated the way they cared for me and my car
I called and made the appointment with the year of the vehicle and the problem (seat belt). After driving almost an hour to get there and the car was looked at, I was told the warranty wouldn’t cover it because the car was too old. That’s could’ve been communicated over the phone! There is no rational explanation for not doing if you had the costumer-first idea. Everyone I know will hear of this for years to come. I AM STILL LIVID OVER THIS.
The service was excellent. This is my first Honda and I absolutely love my my HRV, and the service team is top notch.
They were very quick and efficient and went over the service they provided in a effective manner.
Matt is always great. The other service representative is rude. He was spitting his tobacco dip in a cup as he checked in my car. Gross and unprofessional. Once my van was finished and brought back I waited 15 minutes for someone to come get me… once no one did I went to the desk myself and asked if I could check out. Also the guest WiFi never works when I’m there.
