My vehicle is a handicap accessible van. I have trouble with the ramp going out of the van on the passenger side. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. When I arrived for my appointment I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to get the ramp to come out. Made me late for my appointment. I got out my phone called into the office and explained to them that I was out front, but my ramp would not come out at all. I didn’t catch his name, but they sent a very nice man out. He was very helpful and soon found the problem. He was very kind very patient and still let me go on with my appointment to get my oil changed. All the staff was very helpful from there on. Especially the young girl that sat and explained all that they did to make my van safe for me. I was very happy with the outcome. Thank you!
