Your staff accommodated my need for a Saturday appointment for my 4 updates/recalls. I live an hour away and work M-F so it is hard to get to Terre Haute during the week. Always excellent service.
I specifically ask that the bolts in the skid plate be checked. Bolts were left out last service at your facility. The service advisor assured me that they were properly installed this time. The main skid plate was ok. However when I checked at home after the service, the cover for the opening in the plate to drain the oil, was hanging loose and not installed. The drain plug was loose and could be turned by hand. I had to tighten the drain plug and properly installed the cover. I have photos.

Outstanding service rep. You are lucky to have him in your employ. For one of his age, he knows how to treat clients with courtesy and respect, more so than some of your sales people. Be sure you keep him in your service.

Blake was focused on me and my SUV, not interested in what else was going on at the service center. Excellent eye contact and a pleasant smile. When he saw the special discount from my email a week ago. He immediately took a photo of it and entered it into my bill. He apologized for not having the car oil change and rotation completed by 45 minutes. I commented that I usually waited an hour for this service. Next time I am in the Toyota dealership in Terre Haute, Indiana I hope that Blake is the person who helps me and my Toyota..
