Your staff accommodated my need for a Saturday appointment for my 4 updates/recalls. I live an hour away and work M-F so it is hard to get to Terre Haute during the week. Always excellent service.
I specifically ask that the bolts in the skid plate be checked. Bolts were left out last service at your facility. The service advisor assured me that they were properly installed this time. The main skid plate was ok. However when I checked at home after the service, the cover for the opening in the plate to drain the oil, was hanging loose and not installed. The drain plug was loose and could be turned by hand. I had to tighten the drain plug and properly installed the cover. I have photos.
