Very positive experience with check in and staff was friendly. Waiting area is comfortable and enjoyed a cup of coffee. Blake was very articulate in what was done and the assessment of overall condition of things inspected. I was very satisfied with the service! Beth Haley

I have greasy finger prints all over my door, hood, and steering wheel. I also keep tires inflated to 40psi, which is proper for these non stock tires, but it keeps being lowered to 30. Four tires all the same pressure should be a sign. I assume the service work performed was done well, but the lack of care with the grease spots makes me wonder. This is more than the second time I’ve seen this and I’ve pointed it out in the past.

I really appreciate that you have a live person to answer the phone and not some stupid electronic phone tree. It is fantastic to have a real person answer the phone, and she is always very nice.

James was extremely helpful and kind to correct issues between my iPhone and my RAV4. James treated me with respect and taught me a few tricks. It's easy for young people to treat older folks like idiots when it comes to IT issues, but not James. I used to supervise 200 nurses. James is a keeper. Treat him well.
